Terry Lefteri

My role as an ADI for 27 years and PDI trainer for over 15 years shows my dedication and love for developing the next generation of skilled ADIs. I've had the honour of using my deep understanding of coaching techniques to help numerous individuals become confident ADIs, sharing technical and coaching skills that go beyond the usual syllabus.

It’s something I have always loved doing. Watching a PDI gain a whole new career and what it means for them, and their families future inspires me even more.

I find the same satisfaction when delivering online and in person workshops to the industry. To be able to help ADI/PDI see learning from a different point of view, and therefore help them deliver more accomplished sessions to their customers and affect road safety in a positive way is highly motivating.

I'm truly proud to stand out as one of the very few ADI trainers who achieved a perfect 51/51 score on my latest ORDIT inspection. This rare accomplishment emphasises my unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards in driver and trainer education.

I just simply enjoy helping people reach goals that affect their lives in such a positive way. I love what I do.
