Overview

In unit three, participants will discover the benefits of setting goals,including SMART goals. Participants will learn to reflect on their progress and make judgments to create better outcomes supporting more effective lesson planning.. Candidates will also develop skills to enhance their lesson-planning abilities and how to adapt the lesson to help a learner driver achieve their goals.

Who Is It For?

Designed for Potential Driving Instructors undertaking training, or Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) wishing to refresh and update their knowledge and instructional techniques.

Training Type

Delivered as In-Car Training, this unit blends theory with practical application — allowing participants to understand and integrate road rules and signs into real driving scenarios alongside learner drivers.
