In unit seven, participants will introduce their potential driving instructors to gain an overview of various resources and industry reports that have implications for best practices in driver training.
Participants will use their knowledge and understanding of the
benefits of a driver training curriculum based on best practice,
delivery of PDI commentary driving techniques, knowledge of
theory, practical and mock driving tests and how this helps
develop safe and confident drivers.
Participants will understand road rules related to
different driving documentation and be able to conduct mock
tests effectively.

02You will be able to outline knowledge, understanding and regulations surrounding practical driving tests.

03You will be able to deliver a presentation on your knowledge of industry reports and resources.
Following the training day you can request an attendance certificate.
On completion of your in-car and online assignments you will be sent a completion certificate for Unit Seven. (You have six months to complete.) The Honest Truth
On completion of all thirteen units of the Diploma for Teaching the Introduction to Driving Education Award you will receive your full qualification certificate — SCQF Level 8 | 17 credit points. (You have two years to complete all thirteen units.)
